So what is the CVI?

The CVI (Core Values Index) is a Values Assessment, that we use in every coaching context. From the 8th grader in their journey towards maturity, the elderly who feels like they have nothing left to offer, to the couple feeling dusjointed in their relationship and the CEO who wants to invest more deeply in their team, the CVI is a valuable asset with a lifelong impact. You can’t afford to not understand how you’re wired to bring about your greatest contribution!

Why we believe in it…

When you take the CVI you’ll first notice that there are absolutely no questions. Instead of questions, the CVI uses word association. This means that no matter what season of life you are in you are likely, actually 97% likely, to get the same results. This is because when we answer questions, we often answer them based on how we feel/think during that season of life. Hence why word association makes for a better tool, of course, in our biased opinion ;)
